Title, Tax, Licensing

Introducing the Union Leasing 3T Program

Title. Tag. Tax. Simplified.

Managing titles, tags, and taxes across multiple states is complex. Regulations change frequently, vary by jurisdiction, and can quickly become a major burden. That’s why we created the Union Leasing 3T Program — a comprehensive solution that keeps your fleet compliant, your paperwork in order, and your team focused on the road ahead.

Title Management

We securely store every title at our corporate office for safekeeping and fast, reliable access. When vehicles move between states, we compile all required documentation and coordinate directly with the new state to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Tag Management

Timely registration is essential. We handle the entire process from start to finish, including:

• Managing all initial tag procurements
• Working with your fleet manager to complete registrations
• Processing parking violations quickly to maintain registration validity

Through direct integration with participating state systems, registrations are renewed automatically and records kept up to date. Our plate distribution system assigns, records, and delivers plates directly to you, removing middlemen and saving your fleet manager valuable time.

Tax Management

Union Leasing manages all applicable taxes so you don’t have to. We handle:

Property Tax

• Tracking individual asset records and jurisdiction assignments
• Managing depreciation schedules
• Preparing and filing renditions
• Overseeing reviews and paying tax bills on time

Sales and Use Tax

• Ensuring the correct tax rate is applied
• Interpreting and applying state-specific guidelines
• Managing monthly or upfront tax payments and pass-throughs

We also take care of complex fees such as waste, tire, ad valorem, and excise taxes. Left unmanaged, these can lead to suspended registrations or plate delays. We file, pay, and pass through fees cleanly and efficiently — so your fleet stays compliant and your team stays on track.
