With over 40 years of experience, I am customer focused and result driven. I have excelled in the industry because of my belief in relentless customer service and uncompromising integrity when assisting clients and coworkers. Here at Union Leasing I have been awarded salesmen of the year on three separate occasions. I also serve as a member on Pennsylvania’s council for the American Traffic Safety Services Association.

I have maintained long term relationships spanning 2 companies. My first experience in the Leasing industry was at Hertz Car Leasing in 1980 and stayed on there for two years. From there I worked at GE Fleet Services for 15 years before coming to Union Leasing. In total I’ve been in the Leasing industry for 44 years and have gained valuable insights into the space.

I pride myself on my responsiveness and ability to see things through to completion. Managing customers is key in this relationship-based industry, and I’ve made it my personal mission to respond immediately to all customer inquiries and make sure they receive the assistance they need. With all my years of experience I’ve learned that to be successful in sales you need to be a good listener. Finding customer pain points and resolving them with a solution tailored to their needs has always been one of my top priorities. In this ever-changing industry I’ve also found that it is crucial to embrace change rather than fearing or resisting it.

In my personal life I am passionate about my personal fitness and exercise daily. I love my grandchildren and enjoy visiting my vacation home in Murell’s Inlet, SC.
